Note from a Resident's Family Member
Dear Kathy,
We can't thank you enough for the way that you and your staff performed over almost 7 years on Mothers and our behalf. Your staff was so kind, courteous, and compassionate right to the end. It would be very difficult to find a better assisted living home better than yours. The flowers that you sent to mothers funeral mass were beautiful and appreciated. Thank you very much. Please give your outstanding staff a special thank you.
The Virginia Ils family,
Tony & Loretta
Dear Ms. Kathy Howlett-Despot,
I am so grateful for you allowing me to stay at the cornerstone during my visit to my father. Truly, I cannot say enough about the convenience and comfort that I enjoyed and the warm, welcoming and accepting people, staff and residents, that I had the pleasure of interacting with. Nancy and I are thankful that Dad was accepted into your community. We believe that his quality of life has been improved and his safety and well being are cared for. You are allowing us to have the greatest peace of mind.
Thank You,
Carol
To the wonderful people who watch over all that reside at the Cornerstone,
I am very sorry about the lateness of this. I has taken longer tan I wanted to finish this particular chore. There are no words to describe my appreciation and gratitude for your care of my Dad - Paul. The special meal your chef made for his birthday really helped to make his last birthday memorable. He loved it! Your tender words, your offers of food and snacks for us, letting us stay all night, your extra pillows and blankets, and most of all your hugs helped make our last days with our dad - so much easier. Your support and comfort to both our dad and us went a long way to ease the sadness and stress we were living with. I am sending a beautiful CD. It is a copy of one made for my Dad. Play it for all his friends.
God bless you,
Pat
